Day 5… my LAST day as a Growing in Unity girl! (so sad)

Hello everyone!  I am so sad that today is my last day.  I have had an amazing time creating and sharing with all  you guys! So I’m sending you all the biggest virtual hugs and thanks for the love, support, and comments! ♥

For my last project.. I wanted to do something different from my other projects.  This one has NO pink!!! Its not loud and bright.  I would consider this CAS for me! LOL

Day 5

I stamped out and heat embossed the image on some water color paper.  I used some of my Peerless water colors for this card.  I always forget that I have them! I stamped out the sentiment, water colored it to match the scheme… and popped it up on some foam tape.

I thought about going out with a bang… making some loud & elaborate project.. but I really wanted to do something out of my “comfort” zone and do something different.  I will admit that my fingers are itching to add something to make it “pop”… but I like the subtleness.  Its kinda… peaceful.

Thank you again for joining me… please leave your comments and fingers crossed!!

  1. ohhhh so cute!!! love the way you colored this. (and it would still look good with a little pink too…lol) I have enjoyed your posts this week. So talented!!

  2. This is just darling! Sometimes the stamps do the magic for us. No need
for extra embellishing. Thanks for a fun week full of inspirational projects.

  3. I think it’s really sweet.. I bought some crafts yesterday off a private seller and it was a bunch of odds and ends and in amongst the stamps was some embossing powder.. I’ve never embossed before but I going to have a go!!
I’ve enjoyed all your creations!! Thank you!!
