Day 1 of ME being a Growing In Unity girl!!! Say whhhhat?

First off, I cannot believe that I was offered an opportunity to be a Growing In Unity girl for this week! EEEEEEE! I am still a bit new to the Unity Stamp Company (stash-wise), but I discovered pretty quickly that they have something for everyone! You like cutesy? Naughty? Inspirational? Fun?  They have it all and more! When you get a moment, check them out!

How this works: I will be posting a new card every day this week using Unity stamps.  Make sure to comment on my blog and Facebook posts for a chance to win some Unity stamps of your own!  I get to choose 2 winners at the end of my GIU week! So please make sure to leave a little love!

Well… here I go!

Day 1

It is a little risky to try a new technique the night before the big debut… but I had to jump in and go for it!  You will notice my choice of color schemes, images, and techniques are fun and colorful! ♥ That’s what I am drawn to and that is what I create!  I chose to try out Lawn Fawns Magic Color Slider dies for this Little Sumptin’ Peep image.

Day 1.1

So glad I did!  It was pretty tedious, but easy to assemble and I LOVE how the peep fits right in the center of the card.  I colored with Copic markers, made the cloud background using cloud stencils (MFT) w/ distress ink and used Doodlebugs cardstock for the pops of color.

Day 1. 2

Thanks for joining me on my first day as a Growing in Unity girl! See you tomorrow!
